We are an AI studio, and most of what we build is for business. But we believe these tools should also reach the people who need them most, not only the organisations that can afford them.

Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) support, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and dyslexia are some of the most stressful, jargon-heavy and life-affecting journeys a family can face. The forms are dense, the deadlines are unforgiving, and good professional help is either expensive or hard to find.

We build AI that walks alongside families through this territory: explaining what a letter actually means, what their rights are, what to ask for and when, and how to put it in writing. Patient, clear, available at midnight when the worry hits, and built with the right safeguards so people are guided, never misled.

Helping people fight back when going it alone costs too much.

When a big company, a lender or a landlord tramples someone's rights, getting justice usually takes time, money and legal help most people simply do not have. Many give up, which is exactly what the other side is counting on.

We build AI that turns a frustration into action: it takes "the landlord is keeping my deposit" and produces a properly formatted, legally grounded letter ready to send, and it decodes the intimidating letters that land on the doormat into plain English. It puts a little of the power back where it belongs, with the person.

The same skill that builds for business can stand up for people.

We spend our days building intelligent systems for companies. It costs us very little to point that same capability at the moments where ordinary people are outmatched, and it matters a great deal to the people on the other end. So we do.
