Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 June 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of creativesauceai.com and any services provided by Creative Sauce Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09508465). By using this site or engaging us, you accept these terms.

Our services

We design and build custom artificial intelligence systems, websites, automations and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timescales and fees for any project will be set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

Quotes, fees and payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated. Fees, payment schedules and any expenses are set out in your proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the information, access, content and approvals we reasonably need, in good time, and to ensure anything you supply does not infringe the rights of others or break the law.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, on full payment we assign or licence to you the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and anything of general application, and may reuse them. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the project.

Warranties and disclaimers

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the site and services are provided "as is" and we exclude all other warranties so far as the law allows. AI systems are probabilistic and we do not warrant they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill.

Term and termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the relevant proposal, or on reasonable notice. You remain liable for work done and costs incurred up to termination.

Data protection

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last revised.
